Wow Knuckleheads for not playing BF3,For 1 i don't have the computer to play the game.2 i don't make the money you so called non knuckleheads have to purchase a new computer to play the holy BF3 i stopped playing after BF2 with the promotions and awards it took what our clan was built around team playing and togetherness a brotherhood.Alot of people that were in this clan also have real life situations that will not allow them to play anymore.People do have a preference on what they play but being called knuckleheads for not playing BF3 with you Blue wish i would've been there that night so i could've given you a Teddy Bear and Lollipop out of my fresh stash the Col sent me.

Anyone up for a BF3 marathon this Saturday May 12th? If so I will be available just let me know what time works for everyone.

I'm a bit late but still here!

I took the liberty of setting up a BF3 server. Currently its setup as a Hardcore Rush server. Its a 2 player start so let's see if we can get it off the ground. It's called [OgV] Warzone. Its showing up in the filters if you search with Hardcore checked.

I'm open to suggestions on what we can do to make it easier to fill so post any suggestions you have here.

I dont have any Admin tools on it yet but if you want admin rights let me know.

My Computer can not handle BF3, so what else was I going to play. I like WOT too.

A) We fiddled around with the settings too much
B) EA didn't have a good way for setting up servers
C) We had trouble "getting found"
D) It often took too many to get a server going - we would have 3 people in channel and that may start it for one round, but it would then die.
We had some really good nights where TS was filled up and we had epic battles...but those were fairly sporadic.

I tend to disagree slightly on the "membership model". We are WAY past the model that worked for BF1942/Desert Combat. Games are less centered on unique admining and more on mass customization. I know that some customization was around back in the early days, but when you have several 24/7 *fill in the blank* map servers and even more nondescript servers such as ours - how do you make a name for yourself and drive traffic? By staying full...and we have not been able to do that since BF2. Namely the number of gamers in the clan has dropped - or shall we say, those that are active. Likely due to one or both of two main culprits - lack of interest in the latest game and/or lack of computer capability to run the latest game.

We need some new members but we need to get our servers populated to do it. This has been the way we grow from the begining. I know I showed up late to the BF3 party but I'm not sure I understand why we never could get our BF3 server off the ground. Could someone fill me in?

I have a poential new member that some of you have played with on BF3. He is like me, a non-vet, but he has the same ideals and values OgV stands for. I am thinking about asking him if he wants to join but I don't know if he would be able to go though the process. So I guess I need an update on what our process is now.

devnull and I went to PAX East 2012 and were invited to the WOT 1 year ann. party...naked girls and free booze in a private club in Boston.....uhmmmmm....ok..I'll play !! I got an invite code worth $2100 in gold and a 1 month premium account in the swag bag . Oh....and free whisky sours . devnull is a lightweight by the way . He has pictures and a short video of the party . I'm sure he will share !
